How do I stop this redirection blocking?

When I click a link in MS Outlook on a NewsMax.com email to read an article, I get an error message that FireFox stopped the redirection to this site. If I click "Allow" I get the website which is legit.

You said use "Allow" which sounds more like what would happen, maybe the "Reload" was just how the second responder was led to the solution.
