I had a pop stating the latest version of firefox wants to be installed. After it was updated to my desktop PC. Everything was fine until I wanted to open my browser the next day the following message appeared TypeError: Components.classes[cid] is undefined. Is there a way you could assist me in fixing the problem

This issue can be caused by an extension that isn't working properly.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
