A linked topic won't popup even though popups are allowed. Why?

I'm creating a help system using RoboHelp8 and linked topics which are supposed to popup when the linked is clicked do not work in Firefox. I have tested on FF 3.6 and 5.0.1.

I get javascript errors concerning permission denied to access property 'whname' and property 'document'.

This same system works flawlessly in another browser.

Any suggestions?
