when I click print preview I get a blank page with the toolbar but no preview just ads for POGO and yahoo search. WHY?

Printer info, # of pp. page set-up, scale, & portrait or landscape choices are at the top of the page, but there is no preview print showing at all. Just a web search box and a POGO ad are visible in an otherwise blank page. What do I have to do to see the page I am trying to preview?
