FF cannot carry out searches on www.cheznous.com, IE can. Tried your recommendations. Can you help please

Today, FF will not allow me to carry out any searching on cheznous web site. Internet Explorer works no problem. FF has worked up until today. I can get on to web site and switch pages within the website, but I cannot search the website. When property search initiated I get message 'The connection was reset'.

I have tried all of the remedies suggested on FF help pages Troubleshooting information. I have disabled Norton Internet security and tried, but it still does not work.

I Have contacted Chez Nous and they are looking into it, but I guess that it is not top of their pile. This is an important site for my business. I advertise on the web site.
