You cannot, because if there was a way to do it, anybody could abuse that to get other people's passwords. You can only reset the master password, losing all your saved ones. Enter chrome://pippki/content/resetpassword.xul into the Location Bar (address bar), press the "Enter" key and click the Reset button.
