If you have Windows 32 (not x64) and want Firefox 3.6.3 with English American language, here are links to download it.
Here is English British
It should open fine in "File Explorer" (if you don't have it down, too)
Edit: Please do not use ftp.mozilla.org as it is Not mirrored like releases.mozilla.org
Edit: Both links are put here, as: 1. James recommends releases.mozilla.org 2. Wikiwide doesn't know whether a man with crashed IE can open an http:// link on his computer, while ftp:// link can supposedly be opened by File Explorer.

Firefox is cross OS as in for Windows, Mac OSX and Linux (and other OS's) as it is not a IE shell or requires IE in order to run on Windows. On Windows it is even possible to run Firefox off a flash drive to show it is a separate application.
