Hi Wayne. As frustrated as you seem to be, this is a user forum, no one here is doing anything to you.

So I have no idea of what BS you are referring to nor any idea of what you are trying to sign into.

For other users to be of any support please provide details of the device problem, I acknowledge you frustration, but where to go from here . . .
