Hello,

First, check if you are connected to the internet.

If it doesnt work, check if your firewall blocks it and if so, add a pass rule for firefox.

Next, since you can try syncing your windows clock, and if it is already synced, skip it.

After that, you can try disabling extensions to see if that is the cause.
