cannot get online using firefox

Hi there, are you getting any specific errors? Is Firefox not loading? Which version of Firefox are you using? And are you able to get online using another browser?

Thankyou for replying Konstantina. The day I posted my 'help' message was very very frustrating. But I found a solution. I have to use a wifi dongle because the single from downstairs my house is too weak. the following morning after having all the issues, i decided to remove the dongle through the 'upward' arrow near the desktop clock and closed down the computer totally. I left my computer off for 5 minutes then replaced the dongle and connected the power cord etc and fired up the laptop. Wella! I was online with Firefox again!
