Bonjour daniel.mancier, 

l’erreur PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR indique souvent qu’une connexion est bloquée ou interrompue par un antivirus, un pare-feu, un VPN ou un problème réseau.

Essayez de redémarrer Firefox et votre box internet, puis désactivez temporairement l’antivirus ou le VPN pour tester.

Vous pouvez aussi essayer Firefox en mode dépannage pour voir si une extension provoque le problème.
