Tabbing from URL box to search box should NOT highlight the search engine dropdown

# Enable the search box to the right side of URL box in browser UI. # Open new tab (empty URL box). # Press TAB. # The search engine SELECTOR becomes highlighted, instead of the search INPUT. # Web application software developer is blocked from typing search query right away. # Must press ANOTHER TAB. # This breaks the workflow. It never used to do this, you could type immediately after tabbing ONCE. # Search is disabled in URL box to facilitate local domain resolution/error and NOT trigger fallback searching. Please revert the behaviour to normal, and make the single TAB operation focus on the search INPUT.
