Pretty straight forward I signed[into my Mozilla account it told me I could at à device by simply hitting sign in and then ready to scan but I'm already signed on on mobile and when I try and hit sign in it does absolutely nothing

It sounds like the issue is happening because your mobile device is already signed in. Sometimes the “Sign In” button on another device won’t do anything if the session on your mobile is active.

A few things you can try:

Log out and back in on mobile – then try signing in on the new device again.

Clear browser cache or app data on the device where sign-in isn’t working.

Make sure both devices have a stable internet connection.

If you’re using two-factor authentication, ensure the device can receive the verification prompt.

Usually, logging out and re-initiating the sign-in flow solves this problem
