Unable to use Thunderbird

I used Thunderbird for many years, but starting in August 2025 it stopped working. It was getting an error in the smtp server, and I was unable to resolve that issue. When I try to login to Thunderbird now, it tries to send a message to pwrichcreek@twc.com, but that no longer exists. Thanks for your help.

Please post screenshot of the SMTP error message. Screenshots of your server settings pane and of your SMTP server settings pane will also help. Thank you

Because I'm not a Thunderbird member, I'm unable to login to Thunderbird. Therefore I will not see the SMTP error message.

I o not understand. How do you know you are getting an SMTP error if there is no error message? And what do you mean by not being a Thunderbird member, as you are able to log into this website? Thank you
