It appears you are running the pld Firefox 104.0 on the EOL Windows 7.

Firefox 115 ESR currently at 115.32.0esr is the most current Firefox you can run on Windows 7 and also 8, 8.1. The Firefox 115.33.0esr out on Feb 24 is the last planned update though. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-users-windows-7-8-and-81-moving-extended-support

To download the full Firefox 116.32.0esr setup go to https://www.firefox.com/download/all/desktop-esr/ click on 64-bit or 32-bit Widows Firefox then click on the language you want then click on [Download ESR 115] to download the Fx 115.32.0esr.
