Hi, I'm surprised to find that by clicking several times on 'annull' on Tb sign-in, anyone using my PC gets access to my mails. The only way i've found to protect my mails is the password on Windows lock screen. I'd like to protect my mails as with other accounts eg Firefox password.

The primary password feature only protects your account passwords. There have been requests for many years to provide more protection, but that hasn't happened. What you're doing is the right approach for now: password-protect Windows.

I agree. It seems a simple change to just shut thunderbird down if password is wrong, but it's been debated for over a decade.
