How do I get my password Manager to log into websites through Firefox

I have a password manager. It used to be when I would log into a website that the Password Manager would provide the information. Which was fine with me. Now it has stopped doing that and I do not know why.

Yes, some sites have stopped auto-filling the username, but the password will still autofill. Reddit and Hotmail/Outlook are my 2 sites. What site(s) are you seeing this on?
