I'm no longer able to access my old computer, but I do have access to the hard drive. Is there a file that I can transfer to the new computer to sync all my previously saved passwords? I did not have a Mozilla account back then.

You cannot sync (merge) passwords without the sync server, but you can copy the full profile of Firefox and move it to a new computer.
