Insurance company website says I'm in "privacy mode", won't connect me

Trying to connect to my insurance company's website, it does not show my info, puts up a statement "You are in Privacy Mode. Your web browser does not support some features at the moment. Live chat may not work properly for you. " What's wrong" Windows 11.

Hi, one possibility is that you are using a private window, and the site detects/objects to this.

Another possibility is that the site's live chat feature is not compatible with Tracking Protection. You can make an exception for the site by clicking the shield icon (next to the lock icon) at the left end of the address bar. On the panel that drops down, click the blue slider switch to disable protection. Firefox should reload the page.

Any improvement?
