I am stuck in a loop: I click on the Firefox icon, and the Crash Report Window opens.
Please tell me how to resolve this issue. The 3 reports I have submitted from the crash window are:
Crash ID: bp-4107d3db-4280-445b-a0cd-e96400251020 [10/20/2025 2:43 PM (Pacific)] Crash ID: bp-b5e0bbf3-d4f6-4b2a-898a-f56960251020 [10/20/2025 2:40 PM (Pacific)] Crash ID: bp-975fcb26-5886-492f-8253-e37820251020 [10/20/2025 2:39 PM (Pacific)]

Sorry to hear about this problem and thank you for the report links.
When I click through, there doesn't seem to be much actionable data available for these crash signatures ([@ js::ClassSpec::defined ], [@ JSClass::getOpsGetProperty ]). Maybe another volunteer can see more there.
Have you tried starting in Firefox's Troubleshoot Mode? In that mode, Firefox temporarily deactivates extensions, hardware acceleration, any userChrome.css/userContent.css files, and some other advanced features to help you assess whether these are causing the problem.
Exit/Quit Firefox from the Crash reporter instead of using Restart. Then:
Hold down the Shift key when starting Firefox. A small dialog should appear. Click the Open button.
Note: Don't use the Refresh without first reviewing this article to understand what will be deleted: Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings.
Any difference?
Ref. Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox

I ended up refreshing the installation.
