Can you walk us through what happened? What was happening before the data went?

I've saw that in my programs i have two installed firefox programs(one program from 2022-3 year) Which was furst installed and one from maybe a couple days before. I decided to delete the newest but when i uninstalled the program all firefox disappeared. When I download it again and try to log in i was forgot my pass and changed it but after this i lost all my saved pass, bookmarks and so on....

Did your Firefox mention needing to create a new profile? The reason I ask that is your Firefox is reporting itself as version 129, which is a bit old by now. Can you start by updating Firefox, then try the steps to switch profiles in the second article:
