Yahoo Finance charts not downloading

Hi Guys, I have used Firefox browser to open and use Yahoo Finance for many years without any problems. On Wednesday 16th July 2025, suddenly, I could not download any stock charts. At first I thought it was a glitch with yahoo itself. However after a lot of searching and frustrating trial and error I seem to have pinpointed the problem to my Firefox browser. These charts will open as normal in Chrome. I have refreshed, uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox without success. Any ideas please?

Great first step in a fresh reinstall, as that fixes most issues, although seeing as you still have the problem lets look into this in a bit more detail.

As Yahoo Finance is somethingI have not used before I will need a bit more information if that is ok?

The charts you are downloading, are they a seperate file which is then opened on firefox, such as a PDF? Or are they a direct link to another website from Yahoo?

If it is a PDF then it may be something wrong with the file itself or a setting that needs to be changed with that file type. If its the website then we can do a bit more investigating.

Just need a bit more info then we can get into this for you. Bradforth
