CloudFlare blocking all sites

Since your last upgrade, I have been able to get into any sites using CloudFlare security. Prior to that I had no problems at all. I have tried closing extensions and or clearing cookies. I especially want access to my banking account. How can I disable whatever was added to effect CloudFlare? CloudFlare either continues to cycle, or gives an error message.

This issue may be caused by a browser setting, VPN, or security software interfering with Cloudflare’s verification process. Try disabling any VPN or proxy, as Cloudflare often blocks suspicious IP addresses. If the problem persists, reset your browser settings or try a different browser to see if access is restored.

Same thing here. It's definitely a browser issue. Everything worked fine a couple of weeks ago, even with my VPN running. Now it doesn't, regardless if my VPN is running or not.

If I use another browser, works fine with the VPN running.

Still broken.
