Hi, is this problem on Windows, Mac, Linux, iPhone/iPad, or Android?

For "desktop" versions of Firefox (Windows, Mac, Linux), you can download a full installer from the following page:

https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/desktop-release/

For mobile versions, the Apple App Store or Google Play app work best.
