TextHelp Read&Write Firefox Extension - Can't install because 'corrupt'?

Hi - I have TextHelp's Read&Write tool through my university, when trying to install the firefox extension i'm getting a notification saying that it can't install the extension because it's corrupt. I'm not sure what I'm missing but it'd be really helpful if I could get this onto firefox as I move away from google haha!

Any help to get this onto chrome would be appreciated! Thanks :)
