You can rename/remove logins.json and a possible logins-backup.json in the Firefox profile folder to remove all logins. If you use the Primary Password then you can rename/remove key4.db as well.

You can use the button in "Help -> More Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page (Root directory).
