Adobe Firefly
Firefox is my favourite browser so I prefer using it in all my online activities. When I go to Adobe Firefly though, I consistently get a warning that this browser is not compatible and they suggest using Chrome, Safari or the latest version of Firefox !!! I am using the latest version available, 127.0.2 but Adobe does not detect it correctly. I have to switch to Chrome, that I'm not very fond of. I saw that a similar issue was posted 10 months ago but it's now archived and I can't even include a link to it here :( So, I hope this comment helps in case others have the same problem. I also hope Mozilla can fix the bug or whatever gets in the way. Lenovo laptop - Windows 10 updated Thanks!

Yes, I think so too. I was trying your suggestions and disabling Avast seemed to work. I'll try to find a solution, thanks very much!

Provide proof of the issue and also steps to replicate.
Hi, thanks for answering. I am attaching shots of my Firefox version and the Adobe Firefly warning. The warning message appears when I enter the site (I have an Adobe paid account) and click on the "Generate" button, whatever the prompt, and then Firefly generates images for a while anyway, until I start getting black previews. This never happens with Chrome.
I am also including a shot of the warning I've been getting lately when I try to post on X (Twitter). It says that Firefox's Enhanced Tracking Protection causes issues but my tracking protection is set to standard. The X issue began happening after Firefox updated to 126.0.1
I started using Firefly later than that, so I don't know if the Adobe issue is recent or not.
Thanks again.
Provide a screenshot from the computer using Snippit showing the full browser like mine. Do you get the same prompt if Firefox is in Troubleshoot Mode? What security software are you running? On Twitter... Need to also show a full browser screenshot. I don't do social media, maybe someone else can verify. I was able to generate the screenshot from some of what I could see from your prompt with no issues, but I'm in Linux. Guess I'll have to go do the same in Windows.
Also, paste what you typed in Firefly prompt so we can test in Windows.
I tried taking a full browser screenshot with the Firefox version window in it, as in your shot, but the Firefox version window simply won't appear. I don't understand why. I did get the full Firefly page though. I haven't tried the Troubleshoot Mode and I'm reluctant to do so because apparently it resets the browser to its factory version and getting my customization back looks quite complicated for me, sorry. My security software is Avast Premium Security. The VPN is off, the Anti-Track software is on but it is also on for Chrome. The Firefly prompts are not the issue, I think. The Adobe warning comes on every time I use it, with any kind of prompt. I have to click it out of the way. Anyway, here's the example from the screenshot:
a full body, side view image of a white medieval ghost, wet sculpture, torn ragged white cloak with holes flying in the wind, it is walking hunched against the wind on an icy ground; white stormy background; digital art; photorealistic; stippling;
Twitter is not important for me, I don't use it a lot. I just thought I could inform of the problem since I'm at it :-)
Attaching two screenshots. Thanks!
Troubleshoot Mode does not reset, just temp disable all add-ons. Refresh resets everything. Disable anything and everything Avast, reboot, and try again. I'm in Windows 11 and will try it now.
