please tell how how to turn off "battery drain" notifications on Mac IOS...it is annoying and there seems to be nothing to turn off when i search settings. (firefox version 109.0.1)

Firefox has no control on how the iOS controls battery life. You need to find online or contact Apple support about battery management of the iOS.

Are you referring to Firefox fir iOS (for iPhone/iPad) or (desktop) Firefox for macOS ? as you made Dropa above think you are referring to iPhone/iPad.
