Firefox account has nothing other then the login to Firefox account and if you do sync. So what account are you referring to here?

I it logged. But all of my bookmark and favorites are gone. Am i syncing wrong?

Is that the main login for Firefox and Sync that your using? If you logged out that means that the computer your using wasn't the one that had the original data that sync the information to the other devices. So did you check the main computer that had the Data that you used for sync?
