Cannot login to the VA myhealth website

The VA is updating their website which is a joke. When I try to login to their website it puts me into a loop which keeps asking me to verify my ID. Frustrated, I changed back to Google and it worked fine. I don't know how to fix this or explain the problem anymore, but I really like FF but things like this makes me hesitant to continue to use it.

Since no one knows what is installed on your FireFox or can see the screenshot minus private info to verify what is happening. Or another whom uses the same VA site but since there is no URL listed for anyone reading they won't be able to verify if they are a VA using FireFox - are having the same issue or not.

You can reload webpage(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.

Start Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration or userChrome.css is causing the problem.

  • switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Themes
  • do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Troubleshoot Mode start window
