I can no longer open my PDF'S in yahoo, I have to go to Outlook to download them. Why?

I need to be able to open my PDF'S in yahoo/Fire Fox, It stops me and puts me into some other option that I can read them. That option only allows me to read them only? So I have to go to outlook to read/move them ETC
