Saved log-ins appear and then disappear before you can even click on them. In fact, every button on the browser that has a popup description only shows up for a half-second.
I literally cant even select a topic for this because it disappears before I can click on anything!!!!!!!!!!!! I had to use the down arrows.

This is not helpful. My problem is that I cannot click on the saved login information because it only appears for a fraction of a second.
The login if the AutoFill is correctly enabled doesn't disappear as what your describing. I think you got a Addon that is causing this to disappear before you can save the login. If there are Addons you should disable them and see if that doesn't change it.
Start Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration or userChrome.css is causing the problem.
- switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Themes
- do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Troubleshoot Mode start window

Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support to see if that has effect.
