Will Firefox be upgrading for continued compatibility with Windows 11?

more options

I've always used Firefox browser instead of Microsoft Edge, and I would like to continue using Firefox. However, it will not run in its current form under Windows 11. Does Mozilla plan to keep it compatible with Windows? I would like to keep using Firefox.

I don't need any images, you know the problems ... Freezes, no internet access.

It works fine for me in Win 11. What security software are you running? Have you tried Firefox in Safe Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#w_how-to-start-firefox-in-4troubleshoot-modesf5safe-modesf

Firefox is unusable on Windows 11 - CONSTANTLY freezes on most websites (never unfreezes). One example is ESPN.com, when I try to login to my ESPN account - freezes 100% of the time.

I have deleted places.sqlite, I have unchecked use hardware acceleration, I have no proxy URL (settings are set to use network).

I get slightly better performance in Private Browsing - meaning it still freezes every time, but it tries to load more background plugins from the website.

This is ridiculous :(

Also, You could try a new "test" Profile - In Firefox Enter about:profiles in the address bar and press Enter You will see at least one Profile named default-release (or default) and This is the Profile in use and it cannot be deleted. Near the top left, select the button Create a New Profile Go through the Profile Wizard and a new Profile will be created.

Under the Profile In Use be sure to select Set As Default Profile again. This will ensure that your Default User Profile will launch the next time.

Under the New Profile select Launch Profile In A New Browser.
