Doesn't display subtitles.
I'm taking an online photography course and need the subtitles. Firefox will not display them but Chrome will. I have both Reset Firefox and downloaded the newest version. Thanks

Steps to replicate?
Can you give us a specific public URL to see and reproduce your issue?
Can't see any video there.
What should we do to analyze why there's no subtitles?
What does the owner of that website says about lack of subtitles in Firefox?

Firefox does load the WEBVTT file if I enable subtitles, but I'm not seeing the subtitles, so you would have to read the transcript.
No transcript on full screen. Regardless I need subtitles.

Looks buggy or shall I say just not well designed for Firefox. Tried in several versions of Firefox and Waterfox, bu no joy.

Yeah. The website offers no explanation; just says to go to Google Chrome. I did and it works fine there. I get the feeling someone is steering their customers towards Chrome. I've no problem with subtitles using Firefox on any other site but CreativeLive. Thanks
