Proving impossible to access microphone and video in Zoom, hence I am unable to join meeting - over microphone and video icons in Zoom there is a message saying that my browser is preventing Zoom access. I have follwed instrutions given by Zoom to correct this but it does not work. I have tried all solutions I can understand in settings in Firefox, but cannot solve the problem. Hav tried many times. Kindly make any suggestions for solving this really easy for me to understand - I am not a high level techy person and cannot understnd much assumed PC jargon. Thank you for your help.
