Hi

Updated to to Mozilla 88.0.1 om Macbook Pro running BigSur 11.2.3

Since update can no longer display router Home or Admin Page for IP 192.168.1.254

Works perfectly from my iPhone or iPad but has stopped working on Macbook Pro

Have rebooted rooter and Macbook and cleared down all Caches

Any ideas on why this is happening. Is it due to 88.0.1 update Was working fine on Mozilla 87

It seems not to be caused by the update to 88.0.1 since I can still get my router home. Perhaps try starting the browser in "Troubleshoot Mode": https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode

Hi. Thanks for suggestion

I have run it in Troubleshhot Mode and get exactly the same problem. It Connects to Router but just shows a white screen

I then deleted and reinstalled 88.0.1 and tried again. Still Same problem!

Any other suggestions, maybe regarding any of the settings in about:Config or MacOS 11.2.3 ?

Thanks

On the Privacy & Security page in Preferences, have you selected (bottom of the page) HTTPS-only? I don't know whether that makes a difference because I have never selected it.

Hi

Have tried accessing with and without HTTPS-only selected. Does not make any difference. Still cannot display content

About to try an update to BigSur to see if that makes any difference

Hello, Go to the: Options> Advanced and then Browsing. Now turn off the option "Tell Websites I do not want to be tracked." I hope it will solve your issue.

Hi Naheed

88.0.1 does not have Options , it has Preferences. Have set tracking of and on , set as standard and customised

None of these changes make any difference to the display of EE Router page

By the way I have now tried in Safari Browser as well and get exactly the same issue - no content dispayed on page from Router

Updated MacOS to 11.3.1 and still get the same problem

Prior to last time it displayed OK, from RCA perspective, the only thing that had changed since then was Mozilla Browser had gone updated from 87 to 88

It may be something has changed in Router code/config, although Firmware is showing last update was Dec 2020.
