What's the reason behind this I have already read your Blog but did not solve my issue. I think May be latest version is not compatible with the Windows XP please clear my point thanks in Advance.

Hello Amir,

I would not bother telling people what they already know. There is a very "VERY" good reason why upgrading away from WinXP is not a good idea. And your employer knows exactly why.

Therefore, my suggestion is to just focus on fixing the current issue, which is: "why FF is not fully functional".

In my opinion, WinXP requires applications that are compatible with it.

So if the current version of FF is not be backwards compatible, then install the version that is. And by all means, since you are the techie, be sure to make backups.

First, let your bosses know that Windows XP and Windows 7 are not supported by Microsoft. There are some repair shops that also do not support them.

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP- in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most recent 7 - 10 Submitted crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box and paste them in.

Please, Do not post a screenshot ! !
