per the subject you guys, can you point me to a resource where I can find out why FF uses so much mem? that's not needed. i already read everything on the web I could find. I understand that the multiple threads are for faster content loading, but that's irrelevant for me. I've manipulated it for quite a while, and I always see 5 threads boot when FF boots. can that be stripped down? if so, how? tx. see img.
