Unable to view saved log ins.

Hello,

For some reason I cannot view saved log ins. When I try it asks for my windows credentials. I try logging in and it says that they do not work. I verify the log in is correct by logging into my Microsoft account, and into the PC itself with the same log in information. This makes it rather difficult to log on on something like my phone when I cannot see the generated passwords.

Thanks,

Aaron Piper

Hi Aaron, you could try turning off the integration with Windows security to see whether that makes any difference. I think this is the setting:

(1) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter/Return. Click the button accepting the risk.

(2) In the search box in the page, type or paste os-auth and pause while the list is filtered

(3) Double-click the signon.management.page.os-auth.enabled preference to switch the value from true to false

Does that make any difference?

Yes, while that does work, is this a bug or something with my Windows or Firefox?

I'd prefer it to work, however I am not to concerned given this is a desktop.

I don't know why the Windows integration is flaky. You can set your own password instead: Use a Primary Password to protect stored logins and passwords.
