After recent Firefox update, it switches from http to https

A while back I noticed that when loading any one of my sites in Firefox, the URL changes itself from http https which causes the non-secure sites to crash. This is a major problem for me that makes my sites all but inaccessible to please advise what to do to stop it, preferably at the server level so that visitors to the sites won’t have to fuss with it individually!

You can check in Options/Preferences if you have enabled HTTPS-Only mode in Firefox.
