gContactSync - its gone!
bold textGsync Add on has gone. - Thanks for warning us! How on early do I sync contacts now with Gmail?
Every time I get an upgrade something else changes. Having used this system now since 2008, I am finally thinking of giving up and transferring to Outlook again. I do this with great regret - but I am really not cut out for the Thunderbird world.
So If there is a solution, I might stay, but its become too much of a hassle now - I have also subscribed funds for many years.

Hi - not clear at all, Am I meant to down load Cardbook? If I do, and try to open the file, it then asks what I want to open the file with - I have absolutely no idea Cardbook is the item that solves this GSync issue????
Am I meant to down load Cardbook?
Up to you. Cardbook is one of the options mentioned.

Thanks sfhowes..... I was just about to down load Outloook! Brilliant It would help others if you short - "where is it" directions were there.
Thanks very much. What happens to the old TB address book - Its there still as a legacy?
The TB Address Book is still there, although the format has changed from .mab files to .sqlite. The Google Address Book can be added to the TB Address Book with TbSync:
