Windows Firefox: how to automatically remember all open tabs
I was doing some research yesterday and had a multitude of tabs open with various stages of information. I took a break and when I returned, Windows had rebooted in order to make/install some Windows updates. As a result, I "lost all the open tabs".
Is there a make Firefox remember what tabs I have open such that, if the computer crashes, reboots or I accidentally hit the "X" in the upper right-hand corner, Firefox will remember all the tabs I had open and go there when I open Firefox again???
I have Firefox 84.0.1 (64-bit), supposedly the latest version at this time.
TIA, Luis

Funny because Firefox just crashed on me 2mins ago and I can't recall it ever doing that, but all my tabs came back. I was worried. ;-))
Give it a shoot. Try pulling the preference tab out into a new window and Firefox go... BOOM! ;-)) I'm able to repeat the crash.

Safest is to use the "Show my windows and tabs from last time" startup setting to prevent issues with restoring tabs.
- Options/Preferences -> General -> Startup: "When Firefox starts":
"Show my windows and tabs from last time"
