Can't reset password... reset email not received

I've tried numerous times to reset my password and click the dialog to send the reset mail to my email address. My address is the valid one for my account.

This mail is not being received. it's not getting to my inbox nor is it going into the spam folder.

I resent the mail and added accounts@firefox.com to my contacts as suggested.

What should I do?

Why not open the reset-link direct in your browser? Or: do not click the link, but copy-paste it in a new tab...

For how long do you use this 'accounts@firefox.com' email-adress now already?

Did you try to send also a CC to your own email adres also? (I mostly do send a BCC also to myself as check ;-)
