Firefox does not allow custom scrollbars?

Ok so, I noticed that, when I switched to Firefox the scrollbar in my meeting platform(elos), were not custom, how do I fix it, normally it has a rounded scrollbar, but in Firefox it is just a thicc scrollbar, why is that?
