Unsubscribing to redundant Junk folder does not work

My mail (IMAP) provider creates two Junk folders, one as a subfolder under the Inbox, and another at the same folder level as the Inbox (see image). I only use one (the Inbox subfolder), but try as I might to unsubsribe to the other one, Thunderbird continues to display it, and checking the subsribe list shows the box ticked again. Is there something I can do with this?
