Logi Options custom settings for Mx Master don't work in Firefox

I use a Logitech MX Master mouse as my primary pointing device on my laptop (2015 MacBook Air). I use Logitech's options software (Logi Options) to set custom bindings for the buttons on the mouse. I have what would typically be considered the forward/back page keys to adjust volume up and down, a scroll wheel click is still just Mouse 3, and the gesture button on the side of the mouse is set to zoom in/out with the scroll wheel while it is depressed.

Firefox is the only browser that doesn't support the inputs from my mouse. How do I correct this?
