FF 66.x and prior allowed me to block all cookies, and then manage exceptions via an allowlist of websites. This no longer works in FF 80.x with its fancier 'Enhanced Tracking Protection.' Either they're all blocked, or are all let in :(. I reported my issue in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1662335. Thought I should raise the topic here as well to see if there're others who've observed the same.

Hi

You should still be able to block all cookies and create cookie allow exceptions with the proper protocol (https:// or http://) for specific websites. Use the Custom choice the select what cookies to allow.
