Not able to Login into aws console using IAM user id

I'm not able to login in to AWS console using the IAM user credentials.. Looks like the page is not redirecting to the AWS console and Just freezes there when the login button is clicked. I have tried clearing all caches and clearing all HISTORY still the issue persists . However note that I'am able to login to AWS console using the root credentials
