font size and icon size of menu bar, bookmark toolbar, icons in task bar

I have great help to increase the sizes of text and images on web pages with the zoom features and "legibility" add-on. 

However, I can't seem to find anything that actually increases the sizesof the font and icon image on the menu bar, bookmark toolbar, task bar etc.

Is there an easy way to accomplish this since my 74 year old eyes are squinting at finding the right icon and reading the text in those tool bars.
