I am unable to log into my BT account using Firefox...That is BT as a whole not just emails.. All the detail are correct but I get the same message whenever I try to sign in. I've followed some instructions re; clearing cashed files etc but still nothing. I put in my email and password..tried manually as well. It opens fine in Google, so thought i'd reset my passwordand try again.. still does it. Have attached the image below even though all instructions were followed. Has been doing it for last 3 days. Have had no software updates or anything so at a total loss. Fortunatley I can still access emails etc. just a pain havingto shut down one browzer and open another to perform one task. Anybody any ideas
